The feedback I received was mainly on my appearance and delivery. Therefore, I cut down the message to the essential information and focused on not saying, "um" and taking long pauses. Also, I took my appearance into consideration and dressed more like a professional.

ReplyDeleteI loved watching your elevator pitch. It is great elevator pitch. I compared with your first and second elevator pitch and I realized that how you improved than previous presentations. I can tell that how you did an effort to get better this time. You mention that not to say "um" and taking long pauses. Fortunately, I can't felt nothing of them. ReplyDeleteGreat job on your third elevator pitch. I really think you did an excellent job on taking the advice of the feedback you received to improve the delivery of your elevator speech. I like your idea as well, because even within canvas the communication abilities of students and teacher seems limited in my opinion. With that said, I was waiting for that 'wow' idea that would grab me in and set your communication application apart from others. Think about that and you will be able to grab anyone's attention easily.

ReplyDeleteI think you did a great job on your pitch, and of going ahead and resolving the bits of feedback you received. Your appearance was very professional, you appeared calm in your delivery and your speech was smooth. I think you did a good job of polishing your delivery and removing all of the filler words. I would suggest adding some hand gestures to add some energy to your presentation, but other than that, this was a very good pitch!

ReplyDeleteI went back and watched your first video and I definitely see a marked difference between your first and last pitch. You were considerably more poised and had a more passionate speech in the third video. You presented your ideas clearly and effectively. Excellent work.
